REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Able to manage multiple tasks, think critically, and solve problems effectively
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Fast learner, responsible, and willing to work full-time in Bali
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Collect, review, and organize client documents
- Prepare and submit visa applications
- Maintain accurate client records and application updates
- Assist clients with Indonesian visa information and application requirements
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Visit Immigration Offices when required
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service
