Event Project Manager
Type: Full-Time | Location: Fully Remote
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable events? We are looking for a proactive, results-driven professional to join our team. You will lead the planning and execution of high-level corporate retreats.
Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end planning and delivery for diverse MICE initiatives.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Logistics: Create and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Management: Track progress, manage risks, and adapt plans to meet evolving client needs.
- Quality Control: Ensure all events are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed expectations.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in the MICE industry. Candidates with 1+ years and a strong track record may still be considered.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Project Management, or related field.
- Skills: Fluent English (written/verbal) and confident client-facing communication.
- Mindset: Highly organized, independent, and strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
