Bar Crew
ScubaSpa ZEN is a premium liveaboard dive and spa vessel operating in the waters of Indonesia, dedicated to delivering an exceptional five-star experience through world-class hospitality, diving, wellness, and personalized service.
We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Bar Crew to manage our onboard bar operations, create exceptional beverage experiences, and support our guests throughout each voyage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the daily operation of the onboard bar
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
- Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and inventory
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with beverage provisioning and stock management
- Act as a Snorkeling Guide when required
- Support the hospitality team and assist with other onboard duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in a bar within a luxury hotel, resort, cruise ship, liveaboard, or yacht
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, coffee, and nonalcoholic beverages
- Excellent guest service and good English communication skills
- Confident swimmer; snorkeling or dive experience is an advantage
- Valid Seaman Book and BST certification are preferred
- Currently based in or able to relocate to Bali, Indonesia
