WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Is an Indonesian citizen.
• Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Is detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
• Can manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
• Is confident using Google
• Workspace and digital tools.
• Has good written and spoken English.
• Has experience in administration, admissions, customer service, education, or hospitality (preferred).
• Values holistic education and is interested in Waldorf education.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guide families through the admissions journey, from enquiry to enrolment.
• Respond to enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and care.
• Maintain accurate student records and admissions documentation.
• Coordinate enrolment administration with the Finance Team.
• Support admissions events, parent communication, and administrative processes.
• Help improve admissions systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
